I feel like every year people set these super not likely to happen resolutions. I think it’s best that people simply set small achievable goals. I know personally for me is that I want to get to a healthier weight, as well as lifestyle. I know it’s realistic to lose _____ amount of weight in a month or whatever, but I realize small goals lead to bigger results with less stress on myself. Sure there are things I’d like, but I just want my year about taking things as they come. That’s what I want for myself.
